We are prioritising an eBay draft-file workflow: download approved draft data for Seller Hub, then complete and publish on eBay yourself. The eBay UK draft CSV exports approved real items with a numeric category ID and item specifics. The optional photo-link export includes seven-day photo links after your sharing confirmation. Check the imported draft in Seller Hub and complete postage, condition details and business policies before publishing. The inventory CSV remains a separate backup format. Direct eBay publishing remains disabled.
Only Starter has a free trial: £0 for seven days, with up to 10 listing credits. A payment method must be provided securely through Stripe when the trial starts. After seven days, Starter renews at £19.99/month unless you cancel before the payment date. Using all 10 credits pauses new trial items; it does not bring the payment date forward.
Seller, Studio and Scale are paid packages with no free trial. Choose monthly billing at £49, £99 or £149 respectively, or pay annually at the discounted rates shown. Annual payments are £419.88 for Seller, £899.88 for Studio and £1,499.88 for Scale. The monthly equivalent is a comparison figure: annual customers pay the full yearly amount upfront and again at annual renewal unless cancelled. Listing credits reset each month, with no rollover. Checkout shows the full payment and renewal terms.
A listing credit covers grouping photos into one new item. Editing uses no further credit, and deleting an item does not restore it. Switching packages does not create another free trial.
Veliq checkout is currently in sandbox mode: no real money is charged. The prices and allowances shown describe the intended paid service. AI processing is included within your package allowance. Business identification, tax treatment and commercial terms must be finalised before live payments open.
