Who looks after your information?

Mohit Nicul Laxmicant, a sole trader trading as Veliq, is responsible for personal information collected for Veliq's business. Contact hello@getveliq.com with privacy questions or requests.

When you contact us

The enquiry form asks for your name, business, email, optional phone number and a description of the task you would like help with. We use this to respond and discuss the service you requested. Please do not enter passwords, door codes, medical details or confidential customer information.

We rely on taking steps at your request before a contract where applicable, or our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. Enquiring does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

FormSubmit processes the form and delivers it by email. The main website at getveliq.com is hosted by Netlify. A separate published website copy is hosted using OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and email providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and delivery logs, to provide and protect their services.

Optional website statistics

If you select Website statistics, Google Analytics helps us understand visits, pages, sections, campaign sources and actions such as video engagement or an enquiry submission. We do not deliberately send form answers, names, email addresses or phone numbers to Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration.

Analytics uses identifiers and cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. Our tag limits the configured cookie lifetime to 180 days; browser behaviour may shorten this. A visit or button click is not proof of a named person's identity or a completed sale.

Optional interaction recordings

If you separately select Interaction recordings, Microsoft Clarity captures how the page is used, including clicks, scrolling, browser and device information and interaction replays. These are not camera or microphone recordings. We use strict text masking and additionally mask the page and forms before loading Clarity. Clarity cookies can connect visits and actions; see Microsoft's cookie documentation for their lifetimes.

We do not enable advertising consent. Clarity still receives technical information when you allow it, so masking does not make the service anonymous. See Microsoft's privacy statement and Google's privacy policy for their processing practices.

Choose or change your mind

Both optional services stay unloaded until you select them. Choose Essential only to decline both, or select either option and save. We rely on your consent for these optional tools. Declining does not affect the enquiry form or website content.

Your choice is stored on this browser for up to 180 days. Old consent for Google Analytics alone is not treated as permission for Clarity. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing stops the selected tracking and refreshes the page to unload it; save any unfinished form first. Previously collected information is not automatically erased by withdrawing consent.

Retention and sharing

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to answer, manage an agreed business relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. We review information when its purpose ends. Provider retention periods and settings govern analytics records; contact us about an access or deletion request. We do not sell your enquiry information.

Service providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States, under their applicable international-transfer arrangements. We limit access to people and services that need it for the stated purposes.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal information, object to processing, request portability or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Email hello@getveliq.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
